This Privacy Policy explains how Workspace HR, Inc. ('Workspace HR', 'we', 'us') collects, uses and shares information when you use our products, websites and services.
We collect account information you provide (name, work email, role), workspace data submitted to the platform, and limited technical telemetry such as device type, IP address and product usage events.
We use information to operate and secure the service, support your team, improve product quality and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
We share information with sub-processors that help us run the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) under written data protection agreements.
Workspace data is retained for the lifetime of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of contract termination unless legally required otherwise.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@workspacehr.io to exercise them.
