These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Workspace HR's websites, applications and services.
By accessing or using Workspace HR you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You will not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate applicable law or the rights of others.
You retain all rights to data you submit. You grant Workspace HR a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service.
Either party may terminate for material breach. Upon termination your access will cease and customer data will be deleted per our retention policy.
The service is provided 'as is'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workspace HR's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.
